care. Contact us today for menu options!Our “Q” stands for Quality! We delight in serving fresh, hot and delicious slow smoked meats dripping with our ‘Phabulous’ signature barbeque sauce. And we mean S L O W . . . did you know it takes about 16 hours to smoke a whole brisket? This of course, is how we capture the same flavors found only in the best of bbq restaurants. We encourage call ahead ordering! Our cute little barbeque trailer can only hold so much food! Consequently, we can’t have everything ready to serve all the time. As a rule, we always have pulled pork and brisket or ribs. Often we have chicken or turkey legs, bratwurst or spicy Italian sausage; but not always, so please give us a call the day before to assure we will have your favorites available. We will gladly have them ready for you when you arrive! Also, if you know you will have a large order, a call the day before will help us plan for you. If you don’t think to call the day before, you can always call to find out “what’s hot and what’s not”, right now! Weather Permitting . . . You can find our barbecue smokehouse at local festivals around Colorado Springs. Additionally, we frequent the northeast corner of Academy and Union Blvd (in front of Big Lots). We will usually be open Wednesdays through Saturdays from 11 to 6:30pm. Our catering and event schedule may interfere on occassion, so again, please feel free to call first. |
